So this week we had transfers.
I'm in a new place called Las Americas. It is really close to my old area, like I really could walk to my old area if I wanted. I reminds me a lot of it, but the people in my old area were definitely richer. There's a place in my area called Las Cabras, where basically its all dirt roads and people building houses of whatever they can find. So right of the bat, we had 4 people come to church for us the first week. 2 of them are named Rosemary and Macarena. They are family, mother and daughter, and they live really close to our limit with a place called Villa Norte. She first found the church in a Mother's day activity for the Stake. She had been going to Villa Norte for 3 WEEKS, because she has a friend there. The missionaries there didn't even know she was an investigator; they thought she was a member becasue she always brought her family and wore nice clothes and everything. For those of you that don't know, a person needs to go to church for 3 weeks before they can be baptized, and that really is the hardest part. So that was basically a miracle. Next we had a young couple named Jesus and Frasisca. When I first heard his name, I said, "Wow, he's perfect for us." They have 3 little girls, and they are really crazy. When we try to teach them, their children are always running around and yelling and stuff like that. Frasisca was really embarrassed because here children were running around during sacrament meeting, but we told her it was fine. Well that's all for this week. I miss you all. See you in 7
