So the transfers this week were great. We had to go to Viña to receive the newbies, and as always, the meeting started late. I'm pretty sure its because were in Chile, cause everything here is late, and we're Mormons, so we're even more late, and we're missionaries, so that's like triple late. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the transfers meeting, but I know a guys, so don't worry.
Basically my new trainee is named Elder Van Komen. He is from Layton, Utah. We are working really hard on Spanish, and he's already improved a lot. And the whole district leader thing, not gonna lie, its a lot of work, but it's really fun. I love it. As for the investigators this week, Gonzalo didn't come to church this week cause of some stuff that happened, but we moved his date for the 30th, so if all goes good he should be baptized on that day. We've also been trying to find lots of new people. This next week starts the season of the 18th of September, which is called Las Fiestas Patrias, or the Patriotic Parties. It's like Chilean 4th of July, but I'm pretty sure they're crazier. I've heard that where ever we go this next week people are going to offer us empanadas or meat, so it should be pretty exciting. Also today we were notified that we have to be in our houses earlier, I don't really know why, it might be because of the Fiestas patrias or 9-11. Well I guess that's all for this week. Until the next one.
