Umm, we survived the Fiestas Patrias I guess

So this was a good week. This week was filled of lots of food and stuff, because of the Fiestas. Last Monday a member invited us to her house to eat lunch. We had all of the stuff you should have for the 18th of September. We had: mote con huesillo (peach juice with wheat kernels and a rehydrated peach), empanadas, choripan (chorizo and bread with pebre, which is like a dip made of tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and other stuff), and grilled meat. It was really good. 

Also some other good news, I finally learned how to make bread! I'm going to try it out later today, so I'll let you guys know how it goes. I feel like if I can learn how to do it good, I'll be a millionaire in the States.

We found this new guy named Fabian this week. It turns out he was going to Instituite and he really likes it! We are going to be teaching him a lot more.
