So this week was pretty cool. This Tuesday we recieved a visit from Elder Alan Packer of the Seventy. He told us some pretty cool things about our families and how we can better teach the people. One of my favorite quotes from him was,"I want us to change the way we plan. I want us to plan to baptize every week." He then challenged us to baptize every week.
Some cool things have been happening this week. We had a pancake making competition with a few sisters in our ward. It was two of them versus my companion and I. They made Chilean pancakes, which in the States we would call them "crepes", and we made good old fashion American pancakes. We won of course, even though Elder Fausett burned the pancakes.
We got a new ward mission leader. He's literally the best.
We've been trying to find lots of new people this week. We looked and talked with lots of people. But at the end of the week we didn't have anybody to bring to church. Then we got to church, and a family told us that they had some family members that want to hear us. I guess the Lord really is looking out for us.
We've got transfers soon, so I'll keep you guys posted. I love you guys!
